Job Opportunity: MES Service Optimization Manager

Your Responsibilities:
- Forge strong relationships with diverse business partners and stakeholders, ensuring alignment of goals and objectives.
- Monitor the utilization of Application management tools such as Service Now and System monitoring tools.
- Oversee the delivery of solutions, services, and support globally across the MoM/MES platform applications landscape, ensuring adherence to OLA’s/SLA’s within budget and meeting business expectations.
- Proactively identify and implement actions to enhance service quality, including reviewing outcomes of work provided by external partners.
- Maintain strong relationships with application vendors.
- Embody Hitachi Energy’s core values of safety and integrity, taking ownership of actions while prioritizing the well-being of colleagues and the business.
Your Background:
- Seniority with over 3 years of experience in IS & Operations, Project Management.
- Understanding of discrete manufacturing processes.
- Familiarity with software solutions in the area of MoM/MES (knowledge of MES/ECS is advantageous).
- Thorough knowledge of IT service management concepts (ITIL).
- Systematic approach, business acumen, excellent articulation skills.
- Fluent in written and spoken English.
- Expected to travel approximately 20%.
