his mentorship program is designed for professionals who wish to execute real-world Six Sigma projects with personalized guidance. Alongside access to the Complete Online Black Belt Training, participants will work directly under the mentorship of Dr. Gopal Sivakumar (Dr. GSK) to apply Lean Six Sigma tools in solving critical business challenges.
The total fee for this program is INR 23,600 (Inclusive of all taxes).
Access to the Complete Online Black Belt Training (self-paced + recorded sessions). Project guidance by Dr. GSK, supported by 5 Exclusive Live Mentorship Sessions on Zoom. Participants receive DMAIC project templates, tools, case studies, and support in project report preparation and presentation. This program ensures eligibility to showcase the project during Black Belt Certification evaluation.
Step 1: Access comprehensive online Black Belt training modules.
Step 2: Select a project aligned to organizational goals and get the charter reviewed by Dr. GSK.
Step 3: Attend 5 Live Mentorship Sessions on Zoom covering:
• Define Phase Guidance
• Measure Phase – Data Collection, MSA, Process Mapping
• Analyze Phase – Root Cause Analysis & Hypothesis Testing
• Improve Phase – Solution Identification & Pilot Testing
• Control Phase – Control Plan & Project Finalization
Step 4: Submit the final project report and receive review and certification guidance.
